How to use

Payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer to the designated account. Please note that if the payment is not received by the due date (as stated on the invoice), the service may be cancelled.

The receipt you receive from the bank or the printout of the bank transfer details in the case of Internet banking will be accepted in place of a receipt, but if you require a separate receipt, please let us know in advance.
About Showrooming

To cancel an application for use or to change the date of use, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Cancellation fees will be charged at the following rates
Cancellation from 15 to 30 days prior to the first day of use: 50%.
Cancellation from the day of the first day of use to 14 days prior to the first day of use: 100%.
About Event Space

If you wish to cancel your application for use or change the date of use, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Cancellation charges will be incurred at the following rates: cancellation fee (for use of two or more days in a row, the cancellation fee will be calculated from the first day of use), cancellation fee (for use of two or more days in a row, the cancellation fee will be calculated from the first day of use), and one time change of the date of use, if possible, will be free of charge. If the date of use can be changed, the change will be made only once and free of charge.
Cancellation from 31 to 60 days prior to the date of use: 25
Cancellation from 15 to 30 days prior to the date of use: 50%.
Cancellation from the day of use to 14 days prior to the day of use: 100%.
